Corporate history

1948	formation of the company as an electrical crafts enterprise by Hans Beck in Ochsenfurt
1969	opening of company and retail shop in the centre of Würzburg
1981	expanding into automation engineering with captive switchgear and controlgear manufacturing and planning department for electrical controls
1985	new building of company building with salerooms in the industrial area Würzburg Ost. Renamed in „BECK Elektrotechnik“
1996	new building of company building with salerooms in Ochsenfurt
2003	regrouping of BECK companies

The former company for electrical installations has changed into an innovative and high-performance workshop and service enterprise within the past 60 years. Today the companies employ all together about 180 members of staff. Among them you’ll find engineers, master craftsmen, certified engineers and skilled workers. Owner today is Mr. Joachim Beck, son of Hans Beck, founder of the company.
